(Bedlam on the Beach reserves the right to ask, at any given time, for proof of age eligibility) This is a family friendly event so NO lingerie, bathing suits, flashing, or nudity is permitted. We also ask that there is no reference made to political sides/issues, gang affiliation colors, or alliances with any or all flags. Once Online voting begins it is your responsibility as the contestant to share and promote your link and generate votes!
If chosen to walk the stage at Daytona Bike Week Finale, Bedlam on the Beach, I affirm that I understand it is my financial responsibility to get to Daytona Beach. Hotel discount codes will be provided for the top 15, along with passes into the event. I also understand that I will follow all standard practices a Pin-Up Contestant should possess, including but not limited to appropriate behavior and language. I will not participate in any drug use or excessive drinking that results in being intoxicated. Any contestant found to be extremely intoxicated/disruptive and not following standard principles and values will be asked to leave the event.
I consent that any and all photos and video captured during the event can be used publicly and for promotional purposes. I also understand this event is being broadcast Live Stream across the country. Bedlam on the Beach retains all Rights to any and all images, video, and live stream content produced during the course of the event.
Any and all contestants who choose to not follow the rules and regulations will be asked to leave. We want to create a fun, positive, and uplifting environment for all involved. We reserve the right to disqualify any participant who does not follow rules and regulations. We also reserve the right to disqualify any contestant for any behavior with another participant or with the public we feel is inappropriate.
